1. Services

Shortlist Resumes provides professional resume writing, cover letter creation, career support services, and digital resume templates.

All services are tailored based on the information provided by the client. It is your responsibility to ensure all information supplied is accurate and complete.
 

2. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required prior to the commencement of services or delivery of digital products.

• Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may change without notice.

• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
   

3. Digital Products

• Resume templates and other digital downloads are delivered electronically.

• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once downloaded.

• Templates are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared.
   

4. Revisions

• Resume writing services may include a set number of revisions, as outlined in your selected package.

• Additional revisions beyond the included scope may incur an extra fee.

• Revision requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
   

5. Turnaround Times

• Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at the time of purchase.

• Timeframes may vary depending on the complexity of the project and client responsiveness.

• Delays in providing required information may impact delivery time.
   

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information

• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner

• Review documents and provide feedback promptly

Shortlist Resumes is not responsible for outcomes where incomplete or inaccurate information is provided.
 

7. No Guarantee of Employment

While we aim to deliver high-quality, professionally written resumes, we do not guarantee job interviews, job offers, or employment outcomes.

Success in securing employment depends on multiple factors beyond our control, including market conditions, experience, and employer requirements.
 

8. NDIS Services

Where services are provided under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS):

• Services are delivered in alignment with Capacity Building – Finding and Keeping a Job

• Participants and/or Support Coordinators are responsible for ensuring services align with their plan

• Invoices and payments must comply with NDIS guidelines where applicable
   

9. Intellectual Property

All documents created by Shortlist Resumes are for your personal use.

You may not:

• Resell, reproduce, or distribute templates or documents

• Use our content for commercial resale purposes

We retain the right to use de-identified samples for portfolio or marketing purposes.
 

10. Cancellations & Refunds

• Services may be cancelled prior to commencement for a full refund

• Once work has commenced, refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis

• No refunds are provided for completed services or delivered digital products
   

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Shortlist Resumes is not liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential loss

• Loss of employment opportunities

• Decisions made based on the use of our services

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
 

12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
 

13. Changes to Terms
