While bigger services rush through dozens of resumes each week, we cap our intake so every client gets our full attention from the first message to the final delivered document. If you are tired of generic templates and assembly line writing, this is the difference.
Our Promise
We believe in transparent pricing and honest advice. We only recommend the package your resume actually needs, never more. If you are not happy with the watermarked draft we send for your approval, you do not pay the final 50%. Two rounds of revisions are included with every package, so we work together until you are confident in the final result.

Selection Criteria Response — $99 per criterion For government and corporate roles that require detailed responses. Each criterion is written as a standalone response using the STAR method.

What is Included with Every Package
Every Shortlist Resumes service is built around clear pricing, honest communication, and a process that protects you.

50/50 Payment Structure. You pay 50% to begin. The remaining 50% is only invoiced after you have approved the watermarked draft. You never pay full price before seeing the work.

Two Rounds of Revisions Included. Every package includes two full rounds of revisions on your draft. We work together until you are confident in the final result.

Watermarked Draft Before Final Payment. You will always see a watermarked draft before paying the second half. If you are not happy with what you see, you do not pay the final 50%.

PDF and Word Delivery. Your final document is delivered in both formats. The PDF for applications, the Word file for future updates.

Complete Your Intake Form Once you've received your intake form link, take some time to complete it as thoroughly as possible. This is where you share your career history, skills, achievements and goals. The more detail you provide, the stronger your resume will be.

We Get to Work Our team carefully reviews everything you've shared and gets to work crafting your resume. Every document is written from scratch, tailored specifically to you, your experience and your target role.

Review Your Draft Once your draft is ready, we'll send it through for your review. This is your opportunity to read through everything, provide feedback and request any refinements. We want the final result to feel completely aligned with who you are and where you're headed.

Receive Your Final Documents Once you're happy with the result, we'll deliver your final documents in both Microsoft Word and PDF formats. The Word document gives you full control to make future updates whenever you need them, while the PDF ensures your resume is perfectly formatted and ready to submit to employers straight away.
